Features
The key feature of the Link Lifting Chain is that its flexible steering mechanism has been replaced by a rigid thrust lift that supports the chain body. Due to this characteristic, it’s also referred to as a "rigid chain." This compact lifting system requires only the working space equivalent to the desired lifting height, eliminating the need for excessive vertical clearance or additional storage space. As a result, it effectively avoids the array of challenges associated with installing deeper pits.
The Link Lifting Chain (XCL) is divided into the following types:
1) Standard lifting chain
2) Self-guided lifting chain

The setting of the initial height (c) falls into the following three scenarios.

① For single- or double-layer storage chain boxes: The initial height of the chain (c) should be greater than 0 mm; a minimum of 50 mm is recommended. If it’s too small, setting mechanical limits may not be advisable. |

② Three-layer storage chain box, when there is no transitional structural component between the base and the rigid frame: The initial height of the chain (c) must be greater than the height difference between the chain storage box and the drive box (d). |

③ When there is a transition structural component between the platform body and the rigid structure in the three-layer storage chain box: The initial chain height (c) plus the height of the transition component (e) must exceed the height difference between the chain storage box and the drive box (d). |
