On March 6, 2026, the kickoff meeting for the PLM & MES System Construction Project, jointly hosted by Hebei Evo-Tech Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Evo-Tech Machinery”) and Beijing Shengwei Antai System Technology Co., Ltd., was held with great fanfare, marking the entry of Evo-Tech Machinery’s digital transformation into a brand‑new phase.

(Hereinafter referred to as “Evo-Tech Machinery”) and Beijing Shengwei Antai System Technology Co., Ltd. jointly held the grand kickoff meeting for the PLM & MES System Construction Project, marking Evo-Tech Machinery’s entry into a brand‑new phase of digital transformation.

Anchor digital transformation and build core competitiveness.

As the wave of intelligent manufacturing continues to deepen, Evo-Tech Machinery is focusing on the full lifecycle management of core products such as rigid-chain lifting platforms and various gearboxes, and has launched this PLM & MES system construction project. Relying on Dassault Systèmes’ mature PLM platform and integrating Evo-Tech Machinery’s self‑developed MES system, this project will establish a seamless data link across the entire process—from product R&D and process design to production manufacturing and quality control—achieving standardization of R&D data, transparency in the production process, and intelligent management decision‑making.

At the meeting, the core project teams from both sides gathered to clarify the project’s construction goals and implementation roadmap.

PLM System: Leveraging Dassault Systèmes’ technological strengths, we have built a unified product data management platform to standardize R&D processes, achieve centralized management and version tracking of BOMs, drawings, and process data, and enhance cross‑departmental collaboration efficiency.

In-house MES System: Custom-developed to align with Evo-Tech Machinery’s production scenarios, it realizes core functions such as production plan scheduling, equipment status monitoring, process data collection, and quality traceability, thereby establishing a flexible and lean production management system.

Build consensus and work together to advance project implementation.

In his address, Evo-Tech’s senior management emphasized that this digitalization project is a key initiative for the company to enhance its core competitiveness, and urged all departments to cooperate closely and push forward with full effort to ensure timely and high‑quality project delivery. The project leader from Sheng Wei An Tai stated that, leveraging their extensive industry implementation experience, they will provide Evo-Tech Machinery with full‑cycle technical support, ensuring deep integration between the system and existing operations.

The teams from both sides conducted in-depth discussions on project implementation plans, key milestones, and risk management, clearly defining phased objectives and assigning responsibilities, thereby laying a solid foundation for subsequent system development, testing, and go‑live.
