Battery Pack Structural Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for developing battery system structural solutions, completing project structural design, preparing and releasing drawings and BOMs, managing and maintaining design changes, and conducting DFMEA analyses, among other tasks.
2. Responsible for city-level sample management, testing and validation, and product finalization;
3. Responsible for coordinating clients' technical requirements and identifying relevant laws, regulations, or standards to ensure the reasonableness and safety of the design.
4. Conduct technical reviews of key design phases for projects under the organization's responsibility, and revise plans and adjust designs based on the review findings.
5. Participate in the development and optimization of the design management system (including standards, processes, and policies), and prepare technical documents such as design specification guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

1. Candidates with a background in mechanical engineering, mold design, materials science, or related fields, who have more than 3 years of hands-on experience in battery system structural development.
2. Possesses a solid understanding and insightful perspective on lithium battery pack structures and component selection, is well-versed in design standards, and can independently carry out product structural design tasks.
3. Familiar with the design and manufacturing processes of structural components such as sheet metal parts, aluminum extrusions, die-cast parts, injection-molded components, and busbars.
4. Proactively takes initiative at work, demonstrates strong sense of responsibility, and possesses excellent communication and coordination skills.
