Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing quality policies and objectives, and establish a robust company-wide documented quality system that exceeds ISO requirements.
2. Responsible for developing the quality system document control plan, as well as preparing and revising relevant documents, and overseeing their implementation;
3. Establish and improve both internal and external quality information feedback and handling systems, ensuring strict management of discrepancies with quality system standards and effective control of nonconforming products.
4. Responsible for continuously monitoring the effectiveness of each department's systems in real time;
5. Organizing and coordinating internal audits and management reviews, while collaborating with external audit activities;
6. Continuous process optimization enables the company's system to achieve ongoing improvements.

Job Qualifications:

1. Possess comprehensive knowledge of total quality management and are familiar with quality management system standards;
2. Possesses strong capabilities in quality planning and data analysis, with proven experience in successful quality improvement initiatives.
3. Possess more than 5 years of quality control experience;
4. Proficiency in statistical methods and the application of QC's seven basic tools;
5. Familiarity with SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, QC, and more;
6. Possesses strong skills in text editing, as well as effective communication and coordination abilities.
