CNC Machine Setup and Adjustment

Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

1. Operate and program CNC machines to perform product machining according to process requirements;
2. Responsible for equipment maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting to ensure safe and reliable operation of the equipment;
3. Monitor equipment usage, provide recommendations for improving equipment operation, and optimize production efficiency and cost control;
4. Complete other work tasks assigned by company leadership.

Job Qualifications:

1. Possess experience in CNC operation and programming, with a basic understanding of machine tool equipment structure and principles;
2. Familiar with the maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting of machine tools, and possess a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
3. Possess strong teamwork spirit and excellent communication & coordination skills, able to handle work pressure and successfully complete tasks assigned by leadership.
4. Proactively takes initiative at work, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and excellent execution skills.
