Pre-sales Technical Support

Full-time

Bachelor's degree

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for market development, customer relationship management, and order execution within the sales territory;
2. Learn to develop sales plans and implementation strategies, and achieve sales targets;
3. Provide technical support and after-sales services, and assist customers in completing product receipt and acceptance within the specified timeframe.
4. Participate in the analysis and research of company products, and promptly communicate market feedback to the company's senior management.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a mechanical engineering-related field;
2. Proficient in using common drawing tools and software such as SolidWorks, CAD, and others;
3. Patient and meticulous in work, able to handle moderate levels of job pressure, and skilled at teamwork.

Work location: Hebei Province, Shijiazhuang City, Yuanshi Economic Development Zone
