General Ledger Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

Financial processing
1. Review expense claims according to the company’s established standards and prepare accounting vouchers.
2. Calculation of salaries and social insurance contributions, as well as depreciation and amortization of fixed assets and intangible assets;
Financial Statement Preparation and Analysis
1. Prepare the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement on time each month;
2. Compare and analyze financial statement data across periods (e.g., year-over-year, quarter-over-quarter growth rates) to identify unusual fluctuations (such as a sharp drop in gross profit margin during a particular quarter), and provide management with actionable business insights.
Tax and Compliance Management
1. Calculate VAT, corporate income tax, surcharges, and other taxes; prepare tax accrual vouchers.
2. Review tax returns (such as VAT returns and corporate income tax final settlement forms), ensuring that the data matches the general ledger and submitting/payments are made on time;
3. Collaborate with tax policies (such as tax incentives and pre-tax deduction rules) to help develop tax planning strategies;
Other matters
1. Collaborate with the auditing firm by providing general ledger books, vouchers, and other relevant documents, and assist in completing the annual report audit and special audits.
2. Submit financial statements or statistical data (such as monthly industrial output reports) to external agencies like banks, tax authorities, and the statistics bureau.

Job Qualifications:

1. Possess more than 5 years of financial experience in the manufacturing industry;
2. Familiar with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial statement preparation methods, capable of independently handling all general ledger financial processes.
3. Proficient in using financial software, with familiarity in Kingdee Cloud Starry Sky preferred;
4. Quick-thinking, highly adaptable, capable of independent reasoning, and skilled at summarizing work experience;
5. Bachelor's degree or above in finance; candidates with an intermediate-level accounting qualification certificate will be prioritized.
