Job Responsibilities:

Cost Accounting
1. Verify the accuracy of various cost-related documents;
2. Responsible for collecting and accounting for costs and expenses, ensuring accurate cost calculations and timely monthly closing procedures;
Cost Analysis
1. Responsible for preparing cost accounting-related reports, strengthening cost control, and proposing targeted improvement recommendations;
2. Responsible for conducting regular cost analyses to help the company reduce costs, improve efficiency, and provide decision-making support for production and operations.
Other work
1. Regularly organize inventory counts, compile the results, investigate the causes of any discrepancies, and promptly summarize and report them.
2. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and communication by establishing effective channels with other departments, coordinating to resolve issues related to cost accounting and cost control.

Job Qualifications:

1. Must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a cost accounting role, with a strong familiarity for the financial cost accounting and management workflows within enterprises. Priority will be given to candidates who possess relevant experience in cost accounting and management from medium-to-large-scale manufacturing industries.
2. Proficient in using financial software and office applications, particularly spreadsheets and various functions;
3. Possesses strong comprehensive analysis and forecasting capabilities, able to perform cost and benefit projections as well as cost analysis.
4. Possesses strong learning ability and stress tolerance, as well as excellent communication and coordination skills.
5. Bachelor's degree or above in finance; candidates with an intermediate-level accounting qualification certificate will be given priority.
