Algorithm Engineer

Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the research and development of decision-making and motion planning algorithms for AGVs/AMRs operating in complex environments;
2. Participate in algorithm implementation and product development, and optimize around the realization of the final product;
3. Participate in function debugging, data analysis, and fault localization;
4. Participate in the optimization of the data analysis platform and the design and implementation of new features.

Job Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree or higher in Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, or Computer Science;
2. Familiar with classic motion control algorithms for AGVs/AMRs, such as backstepping, pure pursuit, and model predictive control;
3. Proficient in C++, with a foundational knowledge of Python programming, and possessing a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures;
4. Prior experience in AGV/AMR control system development, motion control, and integrated navigation applications is preferred;
5. Strong communication skills and a solid sense of teamwork.
