Process Assistant Engineer

Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare process documents for the product and establish standardized material consumption rates;
2. Design process equipment as needed by the manufacturing process, and be responsible for verifying and improving the process tooling.
3. Venture into the production site to gain firsthand insights into quality conditions, and provide guidance and oversight to help workshop teams promptly address any technical issues arising during production.
4. Responsible for the joint review of new product drawings and the design of process tools for new product mass production trials; preparing comprehensive trial reports and related process documentation; and participating in the evaluation of new products.
5. Undertake the drafting and revision of process technology management systems, organize relevant personnel to effectively manage processes, and oversee compliance with process regulations.
6. Establishment, implementation, and optimization of process and industrial engineering management.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree (first-tier university) or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering Technology;
2. Familiar with machining and riveting/welding processes, capable of preparing production process cards;
3. Possess knowledge of FMEA, MSA, PPAP, and more.
