Process Assistant Engineer

Full-time

Bachelor's degree

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare process documents for the product and establish standardized material consumption rates;
2. Design process equipment as needed by the manufacturing process, and be responsible for verifying and improving the process tooling.
3. Venture into the production site to gain firsthand insights into quality conditions, and provide guidance and oversight to help workshop teams promptly address any technical issues arising during production.
4. Responsible for the joint review of new product drawings and the design of process tools for new product mass production trials; preparing comprehensive trial reports and related process documentation; and participating in the evaluation of new products.
5. Undertake the drafting and revision of process technology management systems, organize relevant personnel to effectively manage processes, and oversee compliance with process regulations.
6. Establishment, implementation, and optimization of process and industrial engineering management.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree (first-tier university) or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering Technology;
2. Familiar with machining and riveting/welding processes, and capable of preparing production process cards.
3. Possess knowledge of FMEA, MSA, PPAP, and more.

Algorithm Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the research and development of decision-making and motion planning algorithms for AGVs/AMRs operating in complex environments;
2. Participate in algorithm implementation and product development, and optimize around the realization of the final product;
3. Participate in function debugging, data analysis, and fault localization;
4. Participate in the optimization of the data analysis platform and the design and implementation of new features.

Job Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree or higher in Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, or Computer Science;
2. Familiar with classic motion control algorithms for AGVs/AMRs, such as backstepping, pure pursuit, and model predictive control;
3. Proficient in C++, with a foundational knowledge of Python programming, and possessing a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures;
4. Prior experience in AGV/AMR control system development, motion control, and integrated navigation applications is preferred;
5. Strong communication skills and a solid sense of teamwork.

Electrical Design Assistant Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and test electrical systems and equipment such as motor controllers, sensors, drives, and more;
2. Perform electrical schematic design, including circuit diagrams and board-level layout drawings;
3. Ensure that the product complies with safety regulations and standards, and undergoes necessary certification and testing;
4. Assist the team in resolving on-site issues and provide after-sales technical support.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher; preference given to candidates with majors in Automation or Electrical Automation.
2. Familiar with electrical schematic design software such as Altium Designer, etc.;
3. Proficient in C/C++ programming languages and experienced in embedded software development;
4. Has a solid understanding of safety certification and testing for electrical systems, and is familiar with certification processes such as UL/CE.
5. Possess strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

Mechanical Design Assistant Engineer
