Job Qualifications:
1. Candidates with majors in mechanical engineering, mold design, materials science, or related fields, who have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in battery system structural development;
2. Possesses a solid understanding and insightful perspective on lithium battery pack structures and component selection, is well-versed in design standards, and can independently carry out product structural design tasks.
3. Familiar with the design and manufacturing processes of structural components such as sheet metal parts, aluminum extrusions, die-cast parts, injection-molded components, and busbars.
4. Proactively works with a strong sense of responsibility and possesses excellent communication and coordination skills.
